Return Goods Authorization Request

Please fill out the following information in regards to the item(s) that you would like to return. Once this form has been submitted, our customer care department will review your request. If the item(s) are returnable you will be sent a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) and instructions for making the return. If the item was special order, falls under a category that may not be returnable, or is subject to a restocking fee you will also be notified. Freight and means of returning the item(s) will be at your cost- unless it was an error on our behalf, then return shipping instructions will be included with the RGA#. Only items that are submitted for RGA# will be accepted for return. Any additional items will not be credited.
You may return, at your expense, any item except electrical or special order parts within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original packaging with all pieces and instructions included. We suggest before opening or signing for receipt of any package that all customers thoroughly inspect the items for any damage due to shipping or manufacturer defects. Do not sign for receipt of any damaged goods. Signing for receipt of any package is acknowledging that the product is received in good condition.
The item being returned cannot be used, installed, or damaged in any way. Returnable items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The RGA# must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork. Returns with no RGA# will be refused. An RGA# will be provided within 24 business hours. We also recommend when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.
