Benefits Of Using S33 One Way Door
- Humane Removal (No Stress On Wildlife)
- No Contact With Wildlife
- Allows Multiple Rodents To Exit (No Limit)
- Quick Eviction Process
- Can Be Installed Any Position
Squirrel removal made easy by allowing the rodents to leave on their own and once out, they won’t be able to get back in. This is the most humane rodent removal/exclusion technique available to homeowners, tradesmen and wildlife removal professionals.
Installation Tips
Place the opening of the one way door over the hole and fasten the four flaps with screws. If the hole/damage area is larger than the opening of the one way door, you will need extra material to cover the opening (i.e. mesh) and install the one way over the extra material, over the hole. This way the animal can easily find the opening, exit and stay out for good.
Once the device is installed, wait few days. Once the noises stop or you don’t notice any more activity, do a quick inspection and confirm that there aren’t any new damage/hole. Once confirmed, remove the one way door, repair and seal the area. Make sure to have it protected (i.e. mesh) once it’s repaired. Animals tend to visit previous den sites and can potentially get back in if the area is not protected.
During baby season (May-Jun & again in August) check the nest (i.e. attic) for babies. They need to be removed physically before installing the one way door. They need to be reunited with their mother outside. Place them in a temporary box and place them close to the hole. If you can’t remove them, you will have to wait until they are fully mobile (coming out of the hole), before you can install the door.
Read the instructions manual before installing this product.

I had a squirrel problem in the soffit thru to the attic. Called removers for a quote which all ran close to a thousand dollars!! Anyway looked into one-way doors and came across this bad boy. Got it 3 days after ordering it, super easy to install, and managed to get rid of the pesky squirrel within two days. It hasn’t returned since and I have now blocked the gap in the soffit. This is a great product, saved me a thousand dollars and got the job done.
Good luck to all
